i LOVE school...

okay i really love like all my classes, except for algbra 2, but i really like my teacher in that class so it's not all bad.

Buh-BYE boring...

my mother and i are redecorating my bedroom...
were kinda going for shabby chic with vintage flair.

we live in an apartment and unfortunately i can paint my walls, which means i will be going ape-crazy with painting my furniture. it actaualy probably wont be crazy but im thinking white and yellow stripes for my bed, and some sort of light turquoise-y blue for most of my dresser and painting the actual drawers white. PLUS new hardware that i will probably be getting off of etsy or something, i am just sooo excited.

PLUS my mama is making me a quilt with a bunch of different floral patterns thats absolutely ah-dorable.

school starts in only one week!

im am just ecstatic for school this year

things im looking forward to:

  -new teachers with no opinion of me
  -getting to see old faces
  -making new friends
  -and most importantly...FIRDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL GAMES!!!

if you aren't from texas you simply cannot understand the nostalgia that comes with every friday night, weather you're into the actual game or not. Friday night football is always a huge part of the average texan's highschool experience.

btw, if you've ever seen the tv show "friday night lights", you've seen my school and many of the normal hangouts in my small town of Pflugerville, Texas. FNL was filmed among the halls i walk everyday...it's awesome, i know. :)

anyways, this year should be pretty awesome, i'm pretty excited!
